Return Policy
We have a 90-day return policy for items in new and unused condition, including cases beyond product defects. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in perfect condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the shipping cost for your return and ensure you get the correct item or refund.
7-Month Money-Back Growth Guarantee (Exy Red Light Laser Cap)
The Exy Red Light Cap is not covered by our standard 90-day return policy above. Because hair growth takes time, it is backed by a separate 7-Month (210-Day) Money-Back Growth Guarantee.
In short: you use the cap consistently for the full 210 days, and if you don't see improvement, you can request a refund between day 210 and day 240 after purchase. To be eligible, you must register your device with a "before" photo within 45 days of delivery. A 25% service fee applies to refunds — but it is fully waived (100% money back) if you submit monthly progress photos documenting consistent use.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care goods (beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
For replacements, please return the damaged or lost item first. Once your return is accepted, you can purchase the replacement separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-8 business days back to your original payment method. Note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process.
